GENERAL NOTE AND PREPARATION

In these sessions you can allow yourself to relax into a state that like being half-awake and half-asleep so you can hear and choose to integrate better, more accurate truths and perspectives than some of those you currently hold.  I suggest truths and perspectives held by emotionally resilient actors and creatives, proven through personal experiences and mentors in the industry.

If these are things you would happily offer to a younger version of you, or a friend, then you can feel safe to take them in and make them your own now and going forward. 

Find a comfortable place where you can rest you head back, remain undisturbed for around 40 minutes, pop some headphones on and enjoy this break in your day.

Session 1 - Fundamental Principles:

Self worth, self care & Mind Body connection

Some doctors smoke - and that in itself should be proof that the logical part of your brain has a limit to how much it can change your deeper rooted behavior.

Someone who wants to keep to their own promise to regularly go to the gym, can logically explain the benefits, list the steps required, and still stop going after a short period of time, if they start at all.

In a similar way an actor might want to be less distractible to be able to work on castings or creative work more effectively. We might know the time we waste on distractions, on social media, or other rabbit holes and occasionally even break away - only to return again to the same behavior. The same applies to habits of thought - those automatic thoughts that can so easily be taken as reality when they are nothing such - negative predictions, catastrophizing, self criticism, and perfectionism for example.

Hypnosis helps change those automatic thoughts and behaviors - replaces them with better automatic or corrective thoughts and better behaviors. 

In these sessions, I am going to answer the “how” question through the experience you are about to have - where I suggest ways to better curate the thoughts that define your reality. You can choose whether to accept them or not - and if you have a job at all it’s to listen to what I say and allow it to sink in when it sounds and feels right.
