The Actors Mindset for Life Series
In these sessions you can allow yourself to relax into a state that like being half-awake and half-asleep so you can hear and choose to integrate better, more accurate truths and perspectives than some of those you currently hold. I suggest truths and perspectives held by emotionally resilient actors and creatives, proven through personal experiences and mentors in the industry.
If these are things you would happily offer to a younger version of you, or a friend, then you can feel safe to take them in and make them your own now and going forward.
Find a comfortable place where you can rest you head back, remain undisturbed for around 40 minutes, pop some headphones on and enjoy this break in your day.
For best results, take the recommended time between each session as it's important that what what you are hearing in these sessions translates to examples of real-life change however big or small.
Once you have completed each session, download the PDF for further guidance and pointers to prepare you for the next session. They are meant to be taken in order.

Session 1: Foundational principles
Hypnosis is not mind control, it’s not magic, and is a practice that goes back thousands of years, in one form or another.
Hypnosis is simply the state of being half awake and half asleep where you can accept and take on ideas and perspectives that you want, and that you already probably know, that your conscious brain would otherwise dismiss, counter or outright reject.

Session 2: A small step is a giant leap
Here we are once again, and once again you can give yourself credit for taking this time to pay attention to yourself, to your self-care as a creative person.
Perhaps you can begin to agree that it shouldn't be so unusual to disavow past habitual thoughts and perspectives that you know work against you, and instead turn towards and embrace those things you can agree work for you.

Session 3: Abundance from Value
Establishing a healthy relationship with money that supports your “why” will help ensure a long, fulfilling career.
Being a creative in today’s world often means valuing time for creation over financial surplus. While many equate financial success with overall success, for artists, money is simply a tool to support a fulfilling life. It’s important to remember that money’s true value lies in what it enables us to do, not in its accumulation as a status symbol.

Session 4 The Value of Storytelling
The value of being a storyteller is based on the value of storytelling - and that has been something that has been a persistent presence since the beginning of modern humans.
In this session I cover a more accurate and holistic understanding of the value of being an actor and storyteller independent of the fashion of the time, industry or social acceptance. The value of being a storyteller is based on the value of storytelling - and that has been something that has been a persistent presence since the beginning of modern humans.

Session 5 You are an actor for life
Because you are creative, because you love telling stories by becoming other people, because you feel compelled to do this, you have a vocation. A calling. And as long as this remains true, it makes sense to consider yourself an actor for life.
